Through the Healthy Living Center, Greenwich Hospital offers extensive rehabilitation, prevention and wellness programs for cardiovascular, pulmonary, diabetes and rehabilitation patients. Located a short drive from the hospital in Greenwich, CT, the Center is newly renovated and fully certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
