- Pension Plan
The pension plan is fully funded by Greenwich Hospital. Employees must complete five or more years of service to be fully vested.
- Retirement Accounts
Employees may participate in a 403(b) retirement savings account, where up to $14,000 of their salary may be tax-deferred each year.
- Flexible Spending Accounts
Tax-free dollars may be set aside to pay for qualifying health expenses or dependent day care expenses. Under IRS regulations, any unused funds are forfeited at year's end.
- Health Care Spending Account
Up to $5,000 each year may be set aside tax-free to pay for qualified health-related expenses, including co-pays and deductibles.
- Dependent Care Spending Account
Up to $5,000 each year may be set aside tax-free to pay for child day care and other qualifying dependent day care expenses.
